|Recommended: YesGreat building that has so much to offer — Someone were to ask me about Eleven33 I would tell them that it's the best place I could have ever picked to live. I did look at other apartments in the area and I just could not pictured myself anywhere else but here. Brand new apartment that had everything I had on my list. 1. New spacious apartment with so much storage, washer dryer in the unit spa bathroom, 2. Convenient to shopping transportation into work, 3. parking garage to keep my car out of the elements safe secure 4. Security into the building and to your unit. Everything else has been a lovely addition with the added amenities that I just could not, not choose this place to live. I've also met some pretty amazing people in the building and it's dog friendly. There is such a group of dogs here that I look forward to seeing them coming and going in the elevator. Love this place -
|Recommended: YesHigh-end living with affordable pricing, fantastic apartment building — This apartment has the feeling of being in an exclusive and high-end residence but with affordable pricing The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the property gives you quick access to the Green Line, restaurants, bars, and much more. Great views from the apartment and the access to the fitness center, social lounges, conference rooms, and parking garage make this place feel better than other apartment I've been in.

|Recommended: YesEverything you need in one place — When looking for new apartments, I was thrilled as soon as I walked into the lobby, the vibe was just what I was looking for. The apartment has a great open layout with wonderful natural light. As someone who owns a dog and works from home a lot, the amenities are fantastic. I feel safe, close to everything you could possibly need and amongst a friendly community of dog owners and neighbors. I would definitely recommend this place to friends, and wish several would move in to come join me here
|Recommended: YesGreat place, thin floors — this is a great place to live, I only found I bad thing, the floors are too thin, I can hear the neighbors upstair and when I use the conference rooms you can hear weird noises from the ceiling

|Recommended: YesDECENT — I've lived in many rentals. This one is definitely unique. This is based on my unit's location only My bedroom gets a lot of exhaust fumes or something similar every night. It's so strong that I smell it before bed and if I don't smell it before bed, it definitely wakes me up in the middle of the night. I have to open all the doors to get some relief. That's the biggest negative I have. I've only been here a little over 2 weeks and already I'm debating whether to go to a different unit or not. This is the only thing ruining my experience.
